A sold-OUT evening in support of the scituate education foundation

My goal with every event I have planned is to surprise and delight the participants so they leave with a sense of awe. Whether it is human connection or an interactive experience there is an intersection between tradition and innovation where organizations can leverage engagement with donors. During my time as a fundraiser for the Scituate Education Foundation, I was the Event Chair for the "Light Up the Night" Gala. From ideation to execution and with the support of an amazing team (shown below), I managed vendor bookings, the budget, marketing and communications, ticket sales, light installations, a live auction and a committee of volunteers. I photographed, created and installed an interactive community portrait gallery representing “Lifelong Learning”.

The gallery was the "surprise and delight" which built brand affinity and was an immersive experience helping to exceed revenue goals.
